- Operate and monitor blending equipment to ensure the accurate and efficient production of lubricant products.
- Oversee the blending process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of blending equipment to optimize performance and prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- 5+ years of experience as a Blender Operator in a lubricant manufacturing plant.
- In-depth knowledge of blending equipment and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance is a significant advantage.
- Ability to troubleshoot and address operational issues promptly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
