Job Description
• Expertise for Blender / 3D Design
• Strong understanding of form, shape, structure, and color theory.
• Create detailed 3D models of architectural structures and spaces using Blender.
• Develop high-quality setups for realistic renderings.
• Produce 3D visualizations to showcase various design options for client presentations and internal discussions.
• Ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and project requirements in all models.
• Optimize 3D models for performance without compromising accuracy or quality.
• Contribute ideas and improvements during design reviews and team discussions.
• Stay current with trends and advancements in 3D modeling and architectural visualization.
