Roles and Responsibilities
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and courteously
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service methods and strategies
• Stay updated with product knowledge and service offerings
• Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution
• Prepare reports and summaries of customer interactions as required
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
