Job Description
-Flexibility to work and get exposure in MNC.
-Maintain positive relations with customers having issues and manage data in CRM.
-Respond to customer enquiries and requests received via different channels to address and resolve issues.
-Excellent listening and speaking skills(English).
-graduate freshers can apply.
-Good to have customer service experience in any domain.
-HSC freshers with 6 months of experience can apply.
-Day shift/ Evening shifts / Night shifts available.
-05 working days.
-Fixed Saturday and Sunday off.
-Immediate Joiners.
-both-way cab will be provided.
