Job Title: Biryani Stall Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and efficient Biryani Stall Assistant to join our team and help serve our customers quickly and effectively.

The Biryani Stall Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our biryani stall. The ideal candidate will be quick, efficient, and possess excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include preparing and serving biryani, handling transactions, and maintaining cleanliness and order at the stall.

Responsibilities:

• Quickly and efficiently serve customers, ensuring minimal wait times
• Prepare and pack biryani orders accurately and promptly
• Handle cash and process transactions using a POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the stall
• Manage stock levels and promptly inform management of inventory needs
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints politely and effectively
• Ensure the stall is set up and ready for service at the beginning of the day and cleaned up at the end of the day
• Assist in the packing and delivery of takeout orders
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure food safety

Requirements:

Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to stand for extended periods and handle the physical demands of the job

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

High school diploma or equivalent

• Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
