• Experience or training in Biryani Section particularly in cooking of Rice, Gravies, and Toppings.
• Should be willing to learn.
• As a Biryani Chef in a restaurant, your primary responsibility is to oversee the preparation and execution of Biryani Dishes, ensuring they meet the restaurant's standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
• Ingredient Procurement : Source high-quality ingredients, including rice, meat, vegetables, and spices, from reliable suppliers to ensure freshness and authenticity in biryani preparations.
• Preparation and Cooking : Oversee the preparation and cooking of biryani dishes, including marinating meat, parboiling rice, layering ingredients, and cooking the biryani to perfection using traditional methods such as dum cooking or pressure cooking.
• Spice Blending : Expertly blend and balance spices to create the signature flavor profile of biryani, adjusting seasoning levels to achieve the desired taste and aroma.
