About Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bioinformatics Analyst to join our Data Delivery team. As a Bioinformatics Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of high-quality omics data to our clients. This position involves a multi-step process, from data eligibility checks to quality assurance, to ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously run and monitor cloud-based bioinformatics pipelines
• Keep track of assigned requests and due dates to ensure timely delivery
• Analyse run logs and report failures to the engineering team promptly
• Process and analyse omics data according to client requirements
• Assist in troubleshooting errors in omics data pipelines
• Contribute to the scientific quality assurance process

• Bachelor\'s degree in bioinformatics, genomics, computational biology, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of genomics and transcriptomics
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in bioinformatics (e.g., Python, R)
• Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks and bioinformatics tools is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
