Job Title: BIM/ Revit Trainer

Location: Vishakhapatnam

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled BIM Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and workflows. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BIM, excellent communication skills, and experience in adult education.

• Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

1. Deliver instructor-led training sessions on BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Graphisoft ArchiCAD).

2. Develop and maintain training materials, including course outlines, slide decks, hands-on labs, and assessments.

3. Provide hands-on guidance and support to students during lab exercises.

Course Development:

1. Design and develop new training courses on BIM topics.

2. Update existing courses to reflect changes in BIM software and industry best practices.

Technical Expertise:
1. Stay up-to-date with new BIM software releases and features.

2. Participate in industry events and conferences to maintain expertise.

Student Support:

1. Provide feedback and guidance to students on their projects and assignments.

2. Offer one-on-one mentoring and coaching.

Requirements:

Education:-

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:-

2+ years of experience in BIM implementation or training.

Experience in adult education or training.

Skills:

1. Expertise in BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Graphisoft ArchiCAD).

2. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to create engaging, interactive learning experiences.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred Qualifications :-

Certification in BIM training or implementation (e.g., CBIM, Revit Certified User).

Experience with educational technology and learning management systems.

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 19650).
