We are looking for determined and dedicated experienced Lead BIM Engineers, Sr. BIM Engineers to ensure that our customers receive the best-in-class BIM consultancy for their projects, ranging from conceptual design to detailed design.

How you might spend your days

As a Senior BIM Str, you\'ll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team were, you\'ll be.

playing a crucial role in developing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies and workflows for pharmaceutical facility projects.

using your expertise in BIM technologies and Structural design to contribute towards the successful execution of projects while ensuring adherence to industry standards and client requirements.Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for structural design projects in the pharmaceutical facility sector.

Collaborate with the project team, including architects, engineers, and designers, to integrate BIM technologies into the design and construction process.

Solve tasks independently. Complexity according to experience

Ensure changes to scope of work are brought to the attention of project management.

Ensure quality/review and compliance of own work.

Prepare 3D models and structural fabrication drawings for a Project according to Technical Specifications mentioned in the Project.

Ability to interface effectively with other engineering disciplines.

Sound technical knowledge, knowledge of section details, In-depth and detailed checking of jobs before delivering.

Supporting the development of our BIM Design by maintaining the standardization and quality of deliverable.

Contributing towards the modeling of complex design either at an individual level or by leading teams of engineers.

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

You have at least 6 years of experience working as a BIM Structure, preferably in the pharmaceutical facility design engineering sector.

Good grasp on Revit Structure, BIM and NAVIS model

Structural and weight calculation with Material take out ability.

Robot Structure will be an advantage.

STAAD pro, MAT 3D, Foundation 3D, SAFE & ETABS is an advantage.

Structural design standards ACI, EURO, AISC is an advantage.

Experience in Design and analysis of different Industry civil structures as per Indian Codes will be an advantage.

Knowledge of US /EU codes will be an advantage.

Experience in Basic Engineering will be an advantage.

Experience with International Project- Europe (Precast Structure).
