Job Title: BIM Specialist 4D/5D

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Model Integration: Integrate 4D scheduling and 5D cost data into BIM models to facilitate project planning, visualisation, and management.
• Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data within BIM models, including maintaining and updating models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of 4D/5D BIM processes.
• Project Planning: Develop and manage project schedules, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Cost Estimation: Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets by integrating cost data with BIM models.
• Visualisation: Create visual simulations and animations to illustrate project timelines, construction sequences, and potential conflicts.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of BIM models to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on 4D/5D BIM tools and processes.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest developments in BIM technology and best practices, and implement improvements to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM with a focus on 4D/5D modelling.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
