Role Description: We are now recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy for BIM Modeller 2 to work on our projects. To be considered for a role we are seeking candidates with the following credentials: Role Accountabilities: Responsible for producing and verifying BIM models and Highway drawings, including various elements like general arrangements, plan profiles, cross-sections, standard details, site clearances, and corridors, all while under the supervision of a Senior BIM Modeler/Engineer. Take charge of technical quality assurance, communicate changes effectively based on client feedback, and uphold quality standards. Collaborate with other disciplines to resolve design challenges and ensure project success. Strictly adhere to project schedules, quality checks, and PCRA requirements. Work closely with other design disciplines to maintain overall design integrity and adhere to the BIM Execution Plan and project workflow. Comply with BIM content standards and development procedures, with strong communication and writing skills. Showcase proficiency in AutoCAD/MicroStation, Basic Civil 3D/Open Roads for BIM modeling and drawing preparation. Additionally, possess knowledge of relevant BIM authoring tools, understand software interoperability, and have exposure to health and safety requirements. Any familiarity with design automation is considered an advantage. This role may also involve other occasional duties as required. Qualifications & Experience: Possesses a strong academic background with sound technical knowledge. Has awareness of BIM modeling software and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Demonstrates self-motivation, assertiveness, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Excels as a team player with well-developed interpersonal skills for effective communication across all levels. Holds qualifications such as ITI Drafting, a Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a BE in Civil Engineering from a recognized university, coupled with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
