BIM Modeler - MEPGurgaon (Hybrid)Permanent PositionAre you enthusiastic about joining an organisation that supports green transition ? Are you an engineer with expertise in MEP BIM? Then this position is for you!Join our BIM - Tunnels and Underground Structures team in GurgaonWe are part of the Tunnels and Underground Structures department, consisting of more than 600 enthusiastic colleagues working from India, Denmark, UK and North America. We have a proven history of making underground tunnels, metros, immersed tunnels, shafts and pumping stations. We are part of COWI\'s International business line, we embrace cultural diversity and highly value our social and friendly environment.COWI\'s Underground structures team is rapidly growing and that is why we are looking for a BIM Modeller - MEP.Your key responsibilities will be:

• Developing Revit models for MEP Services (Electrical & ELV, HVAC, PH & FF) from concept stage to detail design stage
• Preparing SLD drawings for all MEP services
• Modelling and preparation of drawings of Electrical Services (Cable tray, Lighting, Power Layout, Single Line Diagram (SLD), Earthing Layout, Lightning Layout plan and section, and its installation details) and ELV (Electrical Low voltage) - CCTV, PAVA, Fire Alarm, Access Control System and Intrusion Detection System, BMS & SCADA, Data & Telecommunication, Voice Communication, Digital Signage System
• Preparing Revit families
• Coordination and clash resolution of MEP disciplines in Navisworks
• Understanding of Design
• Coordinating with design engineer for the information required to prepare Revit models and generate drawings as required

• Diploma/Engineering qualification in Electrical/Mechanical with 3-8 years of experience in BIM Modelling
• Advanced working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks software
• Experience on Dynamo, MicroStation, AECOSIM will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of design concept of any one discipline (HVAC/PL & FF/Elec)
• Good understanding of BIM Standards and workflow
