Job Title: BIM Modeller (Civil)

Location: Delhi

Overview:

We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman BIM Modeller with expertise in dynamic Structural engineer with a proven track record of ensuring that structures are safe and compliant with codes. We are exploring & Learning the advanced technology in the field of Civil Engineering. This role requires proficiency in BIM software, strong drafting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

BIM Modelling:

Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for civil engineering projects, including but not limited to Floor plans, elevations, sections, interiors, etc..

Ensure BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with project specifications and standards.

Technical Knowledge:

1. Analysing the Structural Properties of the Structural Elements

2. Designing the Sizes and Reinforcement details of the Structural Elements

3. Analysing the Failures of a Structure

4. Seismic Analysis of a Building

5. Wind Load Analysis of a Building

6. Drafting the Layouts, Details, and the Sections of the Structural Element

Software Proficiency:

Utilize BIM software tools such as fully conversant with Autocad and knowledge in Revit to enhance modeling efficiency and accuracy

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Structural, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience: [3-5 years] of experience in BIM modeling in the civil engineering sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or training in BIM or related software is an added advantage.

Experience with Floor plans, elevations, sections, and interiors.
