We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler (Structural and Architectural) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) with a focus on structural and architectural disciplines. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the successful delivery of high-profile construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage accurate and detailed BIM models for structural and architectural elements using BIM software (primarily Revit, Navisworks, or similar).
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure the BIM models align with project requirements.
• Produce detailed drawings and documentation from the BIM model, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Review and resolve any model clashes and coordination issues, using clash detection tools to improve collaboration between structural and architectural teams.
• Assist with BIM coordination meetings and contribute to model reviews and updates.
• Work with project teams to ensure that the BIM process and standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle, from design through to construction.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for team members using BIM software.
• Maintain an organized library of BIM elements, families, and templates.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices related to BIM and digital construction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling for structural and architectural projects.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, clash detection, and model coordination.
• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and guidelines related to BIM and construction.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction processes and the ability to apply BIM in real-world projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• [Optional] Certification in BIM or Revit (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.
• Knowledge of structural and architectural design principles.
• Experience with project management tools and processes.
• Understanding of sustainability and green building principles as they relate to BIM.
