Position Overview:

Avante Facades Consulting is a global consulting firm with offices in North America, Korea, India and Turkey. We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler specifically in Architecture / Facade to join our dynamic team to support projects throughout the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models and collaborating with architects, other discipline consultants, and contractors to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.

The work scope includes the following:

1. 3D Modeling: Setting up the model, develop conceptual, schematic and detailed 3D building models in Revit in LOD 200/300. Create parametric families and customize library families for faster execution

2. Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to integrate various disciplines and resolve design conflicts.

3. Data Management: Organize and update project data, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Quality Control: Conduct regular model reviews and audits to identify and rectify discrepancies or clashes.

5. Documentation: Prepare construction documentation, including plans, sections, and schedules, directly from the BIM model.

6. Visualization: Create high-quality visual representations and renderings for project presentations

7. Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to BIM standards and protocols, implementing best practices throughout the modeling process.

8. Project Coordination: Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure cohesive integration of all project elements and timelines.

9. Energy simulation: Run environmental simulation for wind, thermal, lighting and acoustic analysis

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a Facade related field.

2. Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit Architecture and Navisworks.

3. Strong understanding of building construction processes and standards.

4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

5. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with additional software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.

2. Familiarity with clash detection and project management tools.

3. Utilize rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray) to produce realistic visualizations of models for project presentations.

4. Fluent in English (both spoken and written) required for effective communication with clients.
