Job Description
- Must Know Revit MEP/Architecture, Auto CAD and Navis works.
- Creating the MEP model based on the specifications of the contractual documents (including IFC drawings, construction documentation set, etc.)
- Detecting changes during the design phase, obtaining faster and cheaper results than the disassembly and reassembly of the installations carried out on site
- Supporting clash resolutions that may arise between the systems and other elements of the building (for example, architectural structural, etc.). In this way, the final MEP model contains 0 conflicts or other design errors
- Managing the different aspects for the delivery of models to construction contractors
- Exporting design documentation
- Deriving the time sequence of the execution of the works and the details of the equipment or MEP components
- Sizing the path of the different systems.
