: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler/Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a BIM Modeler, you will play a key role in creating accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture or engineering, proficiency in BIM software, and a keen eye for precision. Responsibilities: Create detailed 3D models using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of project requirements. Generate 2D drawings and documentation from 3D models. Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues within the BIM environment. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology. Key Skills: Proven experience as a BIM Modeler in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry. Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit,Autodesk Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360 or similar tools. Strong understanding of building systems and construction processes. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Qualifications: Completed a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil with various software training certificates. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 30,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month Benefits:
