Job Title: BIM / Revit modelling for Offsite Manufacture specialist

With over 45 years experience in multiple European markets our client delivers mechanical and electrical services projects such as stadiums, manufacturing facilities and data centres.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Convert SolidWorks CAD models to Autodesk Revit BIM models
• Developing BIM models for fabricated building products
• Assisting MEP engineers to develop BIM-friendly models for pumps, compressors, etc.
• Easing coordination by duct drawings and piping layout developed in BIM-ready CDE environment
• Generate installation drawings and assembly drawings
• Efficient spatial arrangement decisions making with BIM-ready as-built model.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM with a focus on Offsite Manufacture/ Prefabrication/Modular Construction.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
