Job Title: BIM Engineer-PHE (B.E or Diploma Mech or Civil)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India

Job Overview:

We are seeking a BIM Engineer-PHE with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Revit PHE. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical understanding of building drawings and design concepts, with US plumbing experience considered a valuable addition. This role requires proficiency in Revit MEP and specific experience in Cad to BIM conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Revit PHE Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Revit MEP software, specifically in Plumbing, Heating, and Electrical systems, including creating detailed models, generating drawings, and producing documentation.
• Building Drawing Interpretation: Utilize technical understanding of building drawings to accurately translate design concepts into Revit PHE models.
• Cad to BIM Conversion: Execute Cad to BIM conversion tasks efficiently and accurately for Plumbing and Hydraulic systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
• US Plumbing Experience: Apply knowledge and experience with US plumbing standards and codes to ensure compliance and accuracy in Revit PHE models.
• Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and designers to coordinate Plumbing and Hydraulic systems within building designs.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on Revit PHE models and drawings to identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies.
• Project Management Support: Provide support to project managers by assisting in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities related to Plumbing and Hydraulic systems.
• Technical Support: Offer technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and best practices related to BIM processes and workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Revit MEP, specifically in Plumbing and Hydraulic systems.
• Technical understanding of building drawings and design concepts.
• Proficiency in Cad to BIM conversion.
• US plumbing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Pune, Maharashtra.
• Work from home option not available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
