Position : BIM Coordinator

Job Location : Mumbai

Educational Qualification: Candidate should be Graduate / PG in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Software Skills: Autocad and Revit

Experience: 5-9 years as BIM Coordinator (residential and commercial buildings)

Responsibilities (General):

v Preparing Multidisciplinary 3d model using Revit for Various LOD

v Creation of project standard document i.e., BEP, Model strategy, Model / Sheet Validation

v Assist project teams in BIM project setup and resolve BIM design issues

v Creating new model setting up

v Creating and publishing the Federated Model Creating walkthrough presentation in Navisworks

v Monitoring the model and document quality and integrity.

v Preparing relevant design development, Coordination and Construction drawing

v Extracting CAD drawings from Revit

v Extracting BOQ from the Revit model.

v Coordinating with BIM Coordinator / Manager creating RFIs, Progress report etc.

v Preparing Images and 3D rendering.

v Generating service clash detection report using Revit/Navisworks.

v Conducting QA/QC on every stage of Model submission.
