• Design and detailing of various faxc3xa7ade systems and cladding types involving different materials and systems to meet the complex facade demands of the project.
• Develop the 3D faxc3xa7ade BIM models in detail from system drawings and collaborate in all stages of the project with other disciplines interfacing with faxc3xa7ade such as Architectural, MEP, Structural and Landscaping, etc.
• Ensure accurate placement and sizing of faxc3xa7ade components and required faxc3xa7ade zones and work with the relevant disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Develop all level of details from LOD 100 to LOD 350.
• Implement quality assurance in BIM models for accuracy, buildability, and adherence to Architectural intent and geometry.
• Implement a BIM Execution Plan as required for any project.
• Report to Design Team Leader to support all project stages, including design development and documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation throughout various project phases.
• Provide proactive problem-solving and demonstrate initiative to address design challenges effectively.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in detailing, modeling, clash detection and documenting facade projects with advance to expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper and similar modeling tools. Coding experience would be an advantage.
• Experience in parametric design and faxc3xa7ade rationalization is a plus.
• Experience in collaborative design with team members across different disciplines from conceptual, schematic, detailed design to IFC.
• Must have implemented successfully a BIM Execution Plan for medium to large projects. UAE and international experience are essential.
• Strong knowledge of facade systems, and materials, and understanding of relevant codes and standards.
