•BIM Engineer - CIVIL •

We are hiring BIM experts in Civil discipline. He/she should possess Degree /Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2-5 years of work experience in BIM projects. The job location is Trivandrum. Salary would be negotiable and not a constraint for the right candidate. Job Responsibilities:

As a BIM Engineer you will be working in a fast paced construction environment driving exceptional quality and service for major residential, commercial, education and retail projects. Specific Responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of BIM models as per the LOD standard & specification
• Detailing of BIM models as per LOD 300 to 500 standard
• Interdisciplinary model coordination and RFI documentation
• Review IFC drawings and develop BIM models for site execution as per industry standards
• Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage
• Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit / Navisworks / BIM 360 Collaborate Pro
• Ensure all constructability issues are identified and resolved during the model coordination.
• Extraction of 2D sheets (2D layouts) from approved BIM models
• 3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification
• 4D Scheduling / Simulation using Autodesk Navisworks

Job Qualifications

As a BIM Engineer you will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, hardworking and have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Specific qualification includes:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Knowledge in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 & AutoCAD
• Knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures
• Experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project preferred
