Job Title: BIM Coordinator

Position Type: 6 Months Extendable (Based on Performance)

Job Overview:
Trunkline Engineers and Consultants is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to manage and oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for multidisciplinary projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with BIM standards, coordinating with project teams, and delivering high-quality BIM models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate BIM workflows across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire-fighting disciplines.
• Ensure project compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and client requirements.
• Facilitate model integration and clash detection using software like Revit and Navisworks.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve project issues and enhance efficiency.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate BIM models, ensuring quality control and data integrity.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and workflows.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Generate reports, schedules, and documentation from BIM models for project requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM coordination and project management.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, processes, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ?130,000.00 - ?170,000.00 per month
