To support our digital delivery across the business, providing high quality drawings and models, we are seeking BIM Engineers to join our building team in India. With over 120 professionals in India together with our global team of experts we work alongside our customers on world's most prestigious building and industrial projects. We have contributed to notable projects like Copenhagen airport - Terminal 3 Airside extension and LEGO Manufacturing Facility plant in US, Vietnam, China, highlighting our commitment to excellence in buildings and addressing the growing demands of our international business. As a BIM Coordinator, you will report to the Head of Buildings Structure India.On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Promote standard techniques in the modelling and delivery of BIM projects. Actively practise and promote continual enhancements to our automation tools, software, and standard methodology workflows at the project and regional BIM team levels.
  • Use engineering knowledge, experience and understanding to apply technical and practical engineering coordination skills in a BIM environment.
  • Deliver project BIM models by coordinating with BIM manager, Discipline lead and Discipline BIM coordinators and ensure project standards are maintained on all deliverables.
  • Coordinate BIM information across disciplines and elements of the project. Resolve complex technical modelling and drafting issues.
  • Managing BIM project data sets and assessing BIM models on a regular basis to verify that they meet project standards and budgets. Managing and maintaining model management daily.
  • Mentor other members of the team in their development along with authoring models and providing modelling guidance to other members of the BIM team.
  • Monitor and guide BIM process using Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, IFC, and others as required. Liaise with the project team and consultants to review BIM models for the project and make necessary amendments.
  • Ensure 100% QA compliance of discipline checks in coordination with DL & BIM managers.

Moreover, you will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 6-12 years\' experience in delivering multidisciplinary projects.
  • Extensive experience in delivering projects in Revit environment and produce clash report using Navisworks platform. Knowledge on Civil 3D/ AutoCAD/ Solibri and scripting tools like Dynamo, Python, C# is advantageous but not essential.
  • Should have working experience on Reinforced concrete and Steel Structures
  • Advanced BIM modelling experience, particularly in Building engineering, Industrial, infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with implementing BIM Protocol and Execution Plan for a given project.
  • Be a team-oriented person, good communicator, Ability to plan and priorities tasks of self and team members to deadlines, continuously seeks new and efficient ways to perform tasks and deliver higher quality work.
