BIM Architect /Engineer (Structural) MALDIVES

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the Engineering team on one or more projects using expertise in Building Information Modelling.
• The ability to work in a variety of construction environments including commercial, resort construction, industrial related projects.
• Manage and Coordinate project deliveries/ delegated tasks with offshore engineering team.
• Review and QA/QC project deliverables.
• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in software related to BIM.
• Learn and Demonstrate proficiency in construction trade knowledge (MEPF & Coordination).
• Working with our clients during pre?construction phase to build the 3D models, 2D Shop Drawings, As?Built and Submittal drawings.
• Be a champion in the advancement of BIM.
• Must be willing to work as an Onsite BIM Engineer with engineering team.
• Assist project team with construction coordination and scheduling.
• Print drawing sets for team review.
• Support Client to calculate quantities for material orders and crew work planning.
• Prepare 3D models and dimension shop drawing sheets for field use and review.
• Export DWF and others formats for Inter-Disciplinary Clash Detection.
• Identify model constructability issues and propose solutions.
• Create job layout driven by 3D model data.

Qualification

• BS, MS or foreign equivalent in Construction Engineering and Management/Technology from reputed university.
• Prefer with 5-7 years of experience in BIM detailing work from pre-construction through handoff phase of commercial construction.
• Learning knowledge of AutoCAD MEP , Revit and Navisworks
• Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to lead and train small teams.
• Proven leadership and teamwork experience

1800 USD

Shared accommodation 170 food allowance

After one year completion 30 days paid leave and two-way ticket

Pay: ?140,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
