We are looking for young, dynamic and result oriented BIM architect for our Ahmedabad office

Job role - BIM Architech

CTC - uptp 6 LPA

Location - Ahmedabad

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects. Collaborate with design teams to create and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. Create architectural models/ design using BIM software (e.g., Revit) and ensure accuracy and completeness of design information. Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate architectural designs into the overall BIM project model. Generate architectural construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies. Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deliverables and deadlines. Ensure adherence to company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices. Collaborate and coordinate with MEP and Structural design teams for seamless project integration.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E/ B.Arch/B.Tech/M.Arch/M.Tech in Architectural /Civil Engineering with 4-7 Yrs of work experience Proficiency in BIM software (preferably Revit Architecture) and AutoCAD. Familiarity with Sketch Up, Lumion, and other visualization tools. Experience working in a ProjectWise/BIM 360 Common Data Environment (preferred). In-depth knowledge of architectural design codes and industry standards. Strong coordination skills to interface with architectural, structural, and MEP teams
