Minimum 5+ years of experience in telecom domain billing testing, covering BSS(CRM, catalogue, offerings etc) and OSS(service assurance)
Experience with telecom billing platforms (e.g., ARIA SaaS Billing (Preferred) , Amdocs, CSG, Netcracker etc.)
Proficiency in using REST/SOAP UI for API testing.
Strong scripting skills with shell scripting experience.
Strong experience in Payments Testing, Refunds Management, Dunning Procedures, CDRs, BB usage, Batch Job Management
Experience with Salesforce CRM testing
Experience with working in JIRA
Preferred experience in Automation Testing using selenium, Python and BDD
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in agile environment
