Oversee Billing Operations: Manage the end-to-end billing process, including the generation, verification, and distribution of invoices for multiple projects. Ensure timely and accurate billing in line with project contracts, company policies, and industry standards. Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments and resolving any billing disputes or discrepancies.
? Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor a team of billing professionals, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Allocate tasks and set clear performance objectives for team members, ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs to enhance the team's skills.
? Process Improvement & Compliance: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for billing to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Continuously review and optimize billing processes, systems, and practices to enhance productivity and minimize errors. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding billing, taxation, and accounting standards.
? Client & Stakeholder Management (Sab-Contracts):Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and clients to ensure alignment on billing schedules, payment terms, and contract details. Serve as the primary point of contact for billing-related inquiries and resolve client concerns professionally and promptly. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and timely resolution of billing issues.
? Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present monthly billing reports, including revenue projections, outstanding receivables, and collection forecasts for senior management. Analyze billing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to management on optimizing billing operations and enhancing cash flow.
? Technology & Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and management of billing in SAP. Leverage technology to automate billing tasks, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities. Technological advancements, evaluating and recommending upgrades when necessary in SAP including Flow Chart and reporting matrix updating
Qualifications
? Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
? Preferred: Certification in SAP/ERP to manage the billing in SAP/ERP for the
construction company
Experience
13 to 15 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
? Proven experience in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure
industry is highly preferred.
? Strong background in managing large-scale billing operations and
handling multiple projects/clients simultaneously.
