Job Title - Billing & Leasing Manager About the Role

Person responsible for people management & service delivery in area of finance (OTC) and lease administration ensuring delivering accuracy and timing at desired level, operations monitoring, acting as an expert to other team members and source of accounting and process knowledge. What You'll Do

• • Delivering dedicated operational activities
• • Monitoring accuracy of team's work by following existing procedures and guidelines (ownership of delivery)
• • Ensuring operations in line with department's service level agreement (ownership of delivery)
• • Identifying gaps/inefficiencies in the processes and proposing solutions
• • Sharing knowledge with other team members
• • Understanding of operational impact of team work and connection with other teams/processes
• • Reporting over SLA, KPI, Volumetrics, Productivity of dedicated area of business
• • Participate in MSR reporting (SLA, KPI, Volumetrics)
• • Maintenance of ad hoc tasks, given by superior
• • Governance of backup structure within a team
• • Governance of weekly team meetings
• • Governance of monthly 1-2-1 meetings
• • Resolving escalations received from the co-workers
• • Handling recruitment process
• • Using Lean / Six Sigma Methodologies to ensure Data-Driven Operations
What You'll Need

• • Degree from a four-year college or university program with an emphasis in accounting, finance or related field required. A minimum of ten years prior accounting, finance, or related experience. Experience with real estate accounting software preferred.
• • Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• • Able to manage a team of 10 to 15 associates.
• • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
• • Attention to detail.
• • Ability to work well under pressure with a proactive approach to unusual occurrences.
• • Ability to handle multiple requests with varying deadlines while maintaining routine workload requirements and deadlines.
• • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial is preferred.
