We are hiring For Billing support/ Customer Support for International Travel Industry.

Experience - Fresher-1 year
Must have good communication skills(English)
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
Experience hiring for Travel customer support at Gurgaon
- Handling Inbound and outbound calls
- Solving customer queries over the call
- Voice and Non Voice
- Voice process- Taking billing / And Providing Support
- Billing / Refund / Ticketing reservations
- 5 days working
Qualification
- UG / Drop out / Any graduate
- Salary - 18k - 28k + Incentives

- Telephonic Interview
- Candidates should be comfortable with voice process and Night Shift.
- WFH also available if a candidate is having their own laptop.
