Position : Billing Executive - Logistics Industry

Salary : 10k to 16k

About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive with experience in the logistics industry to manage and oversee our billing processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of billing operations within logistics, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices for logistics services in line with service agreements and company guidelines.
• Verify billing details by cross-referencing documentation such as delivery records, shipment schedules, and client contracts.
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure all billable services are accounted for and documented properly.
• Track accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and provide timely responses to client billing inquiries.
• Identify and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes efficiently to maintain client satisfaction.
• Maintain organized records of all billing transactions for financial reporting and auditing purposes.
• Generate regular billing reports and assist the finance team in compliance with financial policies.

Qualifications :

• Graduate degree .
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts (experience in logistics is an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP or billing software.
• Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for client and team interactions.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience using logistics billing software such as Tally or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of tax and regulatory compliance related to billing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
