Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue invoices for products/services as per the terms of the agreement.
• Verify billing data, such as product pricing, quantities, and discounts, to ensure accuracy.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding invoices, payments, or account discrepancies.
• Resolve billing errors or disputes in coordination with the accounts and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing transactions.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and prepare periodic reports.
• Ensure all billing procedures comply with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
• Assist in preparing financial reports for management.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure proper documentation for invoicing.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for timely updates on payments received.
• Suggest and implement improvements to streamline the billing process.
