Job Summary
A Bakery Billing Executive is responsible for handling customer transactions, managing the point-of-sale system, and ensuring accurate billing. They play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and contributing to the overall sales of the bakery.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Accurately handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
• Follow cash handling procedures and policies.
• Balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
• Assist with inventory control tasks, such as stock rotation and monitoring product levels.
• Report product shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
