Key Responsibilities:
• Order Punching:
• Enter Orders: Accurately input customer orders into the system, ensuring all details (product, quantity, pricing) are correct.
• Order Verification: Review orders for completeness and correctness, and resolve any discrepancies before processing.
• Order Tracking: Monitor the status of orders and update records to reflect any changes or updates.
• Billing:
• Generate Invoices: Create and issue invoices based on orders processed, ensuring all charges are correctly listed.
• Billing Queries: Address any billing-related queries from customers and resolve discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Payment Processing: Track payments, manage accounts receivable, and follow up on overdue invoices.

• Follow-Up with Customers:
• Order Confirmation: Contact customers to confirm order details and expected delivery dates.
• Customer Service: Address any questions or concerns from customers regarding their orders, including issues with products or delivery.
• Dispatch:
• Coordination: Coordinate with the logistics or warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
• Delivery Tracking: Track and provide customers with updates on their delivery status.
