Job Description

A Tally operator uses Tally ERP software to manage accounting, financial data entry, and reporting, ensuring financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations.Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Data Entry: Accurately record financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.

• Accounting and Reporting: Maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements), and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws.

• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and generate reports related to inventory.

• Data Maintenance: Update and maintain financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and tax laws.

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in financial data.

• Communication: Communicate with other departments and stakeholders regarding financial matters.

• Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in using Tally ERP software and other accounting software.

• Data Collection: Collect data from various sources, including banks and other financial institutions.

• Organizing Files and Paperwork: Maintain organized files and paperwork related to financial records.
