• Prepare precise cost estimates for projects, ensuring all aspects are covered including labour, materials, and other expenses.
• Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors, contractors.
• Utilize billing software to create and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop detailed project plans and budgets.
• Conduct quantity surveying to establish accurate measurements and records for project components.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain cost estimates, billing processes, and address any concerns.
• Monitor project expenditures and adjust estimates as necessary to stay within budget.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the billing and estimation processes.
