Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Billing & Estimation Engineer with 1 to 5 years of experience, specializing in Civil Engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing billing and preparing accurate cost estimations for various construction projects. This is a full-time, office-based position with one vacancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.
• Contract Analysis: Review contracts to identify billing and estimation requirements and ensure all financial aspects are accurately accounted for.
• Project Financial Reporting: Create comprehensive financial reports detailing project budgets, expenditures, and variances.
• Coordination with Project Team: Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for billing and estimation.
• Compliance and Documentation: Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
• Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to gather quotes, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in billing and estimation engineering within the construction industry.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant billing and estimation software tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in cost estimation and financial reporting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Industrial, Road, Highways, PEB Construction projects
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards
