Billing Engineer
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Checking Contractors Bill for RCC & Finishing Work.
• On-Site Quantity checking as per drawings.
• Preparation and Checking of Bar Bending Schedule.
• Quantity Take off for RCC & Finishing items.
• Reconciliation of Reinforcement, Concrete, Coupler & various Finishing items.
• Coordination with contractors.
• Documentation of billing records.
Desired Skills & Traits:
• AUTO CAD
• MS Office (Experience in Excel must)
• Sound computer knowledge
Educational Qualifications:
• B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering
Prior work experience:
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a related industry (specifically Real
Estate/Construction industry.)
