Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Billing Engineer to join our team. As a Billing Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely invoices for our clients, ensuring adherence to project contracts and milestones. Your role will require proficiency in civil engineering concepts, expert use of Excel for data analysis, and skills in AutoCAD for reviewing project designs and drawings. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure efficient billing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate invoices based on project contracts, milestones, and progress.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and issues with clients or internal stakeholders promptly.
• Organize and maintain billing records, data, and project files systematically.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients on overdue payments.
• Generate comprehensive billing reports using Excel for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company billing policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Utilize civil engineering knowledge to understand project scopes and billing requirement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 Years of Experience as Billing Engineer.
• Must have Knowledge of Civil Infra.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in billing and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and organize data, files, and records effectively.
• Proven experience as a Billing Engineer or similar role in the civil engineering industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
