Checking engineering drawings, and technical specifications, reviewing contractor's change order proposals & submittals.

Organizing project review meetings for evaluating the project progress & de-bottleneck

Dealing with planning, monitoring progress, quantity survey, Monthly cash flow, variation of works, and making & verification of contractors' bill.

Coordinated for cross-functional work undertaken to ensure efficient and timely supply of resources, material, human resources & statutory approvals.

Ensure the timely execution of projects within budget.

Successfully executed the following projects right from beginning to its completion:

Calculating detailed quantities project from drawings.

Taking joint measurements at site with the contractor.

Material reconciliation for records and recovery.

Finalizing work order for different agencies for executing various items of work.

Updating all the data related to billing and quantities in the ERP system. Execution planning and scheduling.

Making monthly payment requisitions for department labor, sub-contractors, and material.

Making bills for multiple sites. (Built-up Basis) and comparing sub-contractors' rate(item rate) with client rate(Built-up)

Project Executions, Monitoring, and Coordination with Consultants.

Monthly; Weekly MIS Reporting, Contractor Monthly

Designing, Contract, Tendering, Billing, Rate Analysis, BOQ Quantity.

Estimation, Steel BBS, Quality Control, Material & Manpower Management,

Vendor Management, Material Procurement, Material Inventory

Risk Management, Risk Control Matrix, Implementation of Tracking.

Monitoring the Audit Mechanism and Devising the Mitigation Plan to Control the Risk.

KEY SKILLS

Exposure in Far vision or similar ERP (As per requirement of Management ) with good hands-on AutoCAD, MSP, Advance Excel.

Educational Qualification : B.E in Civil
