Job Description
- Should be a Civil Engineer.
- Should have min 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Billing-Engineer
- Previous experience in real estate billing would be preferred.
- Correlate and check contractors\' bills comparing drawings with actual work done on the ground and bring to the notice of the management of variance/ deviation if any.
- Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender, must know estimation and cost
- Rate analysis, Labor, and machinery analysis to perform billing works at different stages of construction with enhanced efficiency and accuracy
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.
- Prepare & process subcontractor bills
- To take the measurement from the site engineer
- To get work done as per the protocol of the company
- To follow up on the accounts department for payment
- Review the quantities item listed
- Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors
- Checking measurements
- Bill certification.
