Position: Billing Engineer ( Civil Engineer )

Job Location: Bhiwandi , Maharashtra 421302

Remuneration: INR 3.60 to 4.80 LPA

Preferring candidates nearby Bhiwandi Only

Experience- 2-5 Years

•Civil Engineer Must/ Industrial Shed Experience Required •

o Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors, contractors.

o Construction supervision of civil interior works at the site, including safety, quality, and safety schedule.

o Analysis of variation claims by contractors /vendors and closing of the same.

o Contracts Administration and enforcement at the site.

o Monitoring the daily activity of construction.

o Sending invoices to clients.

o Monitoring outstanding balances.

o Resolving client questions and issues relating to invoices.

o Providing regular, accurate reports of billing data.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Qualifications: BE in CIVIL, Diploma in Civil Must

2. Estimation & Coasting

3. BBS ( Bar Bending Schedule)

4. Rate Analysis as per as DAR & Market rate

5. Labour & Machinery analysis

4. Reliable, focused, confident, articulate, and self-directed individual with a high level of initiative and a can-do attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
