Job Description

We are seeking a highly competent Billing Engineer to join our team for a Civil Site Project focused on water pipeline construction. The Billing Engineer will play a critical role in accurately documenting and managing project expenses, preparing invoices, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Cost Estimation and Budgeting:

Billing and Invoicing:

• Prepare and submit accurate invoices to clients based on completed project milestones and contractual agreements.
• Verify and reconcile billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Track and monitor project expenses, labor costs, materials, and equipment usage for billing purposes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project expenses, billing documents, and other relevant documentation.
• Generate regular reports summarizing project financial status, billing activities, and cost variations.
• Assist in preparing financial forecasts and cost analysis reports for project management and stakeholders.

Qalufication:

Diploma/B.tech in Civil Engineer preferred, Other can apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
