Job Overview:

This role requires handling purchase orders, ledger reconciliation, MIS reporting while ensuring smooth coordination with different stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

Manage purchase orders of PAN India distributors.

Dispatch & Delivery Coordination:

Liaise with courier partners for order shipments and COD cheque collections.

Sales Support:

Address and resolve queries from the PAN India sales team.

MIS & Reporting:

Prepare sales, inventory, and ad hoc reports for management.

Document Handling:

Generate rate quotations and authorization letters as required.

Audit & Adjustments:

Conduct price difference audits and finalizations for distributors.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Collaborate with various departments for seamless operations.

Miscellaneous:

Handle additional tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

?Proficiency in

Advanced MS Excel

(Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
?Strong

mathematical and analytical skills

Strong data entry and analysis skills

?

Ability to handle work pressure

with a calm and composed attitude

High IQ level and problem-solving approach
