Description
We are looking for a Billing Cum Receptionist to manage our front desk and billing operations. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in a similar role and must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/couriers
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
• Issue invoices and maintain billing records
• Process payments and reconcile accounts
• Assist with other accounting tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications
• 0-1 years of experience as a Billing Cum Receptionist or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
