Job Overview:As a Billing Administrator, you\'ll oversee managing billing information independently. This includes reviewing contracts, tracking time, creating invoices, and ensuring everything align with our agreements. You\'ll also play a vital role in analyzing data and consulting with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations in the billing department.How You Will Make an Impact:Managing billing information involves:
- Keeping our billing database up to date with relevant changes.
- Reviewing service contracts to ensure accurate billing.
- Responding promptly to emails from both internal and external parties.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve any billing issues.
- Working closely with the Operations team.
- Creating and sending invoices to clients.
- Developing tools to track missing contracts, resources, and hours.
- Identifying and reporting any billing discrepancies.
- Making recommendations based on collected data.
- Providing ad-hoc reports when needed.
- Accrual reports for clients before month-end.
- Reconciliation reports for clients and SDMs.
- Historical billing and invoice data.
- Documentation required by financial auditors, like SOW, PO, and invoices.
