Principal Duties/Responsibilities
• Sound understanding of the business model, the full transactional process, and role interfaces / dependencies within the own business unit and related functions.
• Ensure adherence to Group policies and procedures.
• Adherence and manage assigned team fundamental activities in accordance with compliance requirements.
• Delivery of the A&S financial targets (Client/Carrier Debt, Cash, Funding, Unsettled Payables, Claims and other deliverables) on the assigned portfolio.
• Deliverables on the SLA as per the agreed timelines for each process.
• Ensure adherence to the Willis service standard (Willis Excellence Model).
• Ensure ongoing, sustainable and dynamic relationships with stakeholders (Internal/external) whilst managing their expectations.
• Effective management of processes and timescales in accordance with agreed procedures.
• Prompt and effective escalation of fiduciary issues in accordance with A&S protocols.
• Understand individual portfolio requirement (KYC) and proactively service a portfolio of accounts in line with existing service model.
• Operate within the guidelines of internal and external regulators.
• Manage critical activities with high levels of accuracy
• Responsible for Legacy Clearance and achieving results as per business target model.

Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience
Qualifications: Minimum bachelor's degree required (Commerce Stream only)
• Use of clear business English to enable effective direct communication (Verbal/Written) with stakeholders.
• Good ability to plan and manage personal workload efficiently and effectively, correctly evaluating importance and prioritizing within stiff timelines.
• Should be proficient with internal & external working processes of the BU. .
• Ability to learn new processes and systems, also should have the ability to adapt to changes
• Highly Self-driven in managing own portfolio and assigned responsibilities with accuracy.
• Have an eye for detail to identify process gaps and suggest workable solutions to mitigate the same.
• Achieve results through a clear understanding of escalation procedures and effective business communication routes / approaches.
• Effective at getting positive responses in relevant negotiations with stakeholders, peers & seniors.
• Aware and be able to understand about the insurance industry.
Knowledge:
• Prefer having good understanding of Accounting & Finance and ideally has knowledge of Client (Accounts Receivable) /Carrier (Accounts Payable) service process & procedures.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Travel:
• Open to travel to Singapore as per business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Performance rating: 3 or above in the latest performance review cycle
• Not on written warning for behaviour or performance within the last 12 months
Experience
• Existing Senior Advisor with minimum 1 Year of experience in the current role
• Colleague should have spent at least 24 months in the current business unit
