About the Role

We are seeking talented bilingual professionals fluent in Spanish (B2 level or higher) and English to join our US Voice Customer Service Process team. This role involves assisting US-based customers with their queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience in both languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls in Spanish and English , addressing their concerns and queries with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Adhere to company guidelines and deliver exceptional service quality.
• Work effectively during night shifts to meet customer expectations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education : Any graduate or undergraduate can apply.
• Experience :
• Minimum 6 months of international call centre experience required.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English are also eligible.
• Language Proficiency : Fluency in Spanish (B2 level or higher) and English is mandatory.
• Skills :
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Work Conditions

• Working Days : 5 days a week with rotational shifts and rotational offs.
• Shift Timings : Night shifts only.
• Transportation : No cab facility available.
• Work Mode : Work from Office.

Salary Details

• ?70,000 CTC
• ?63,400 in-hand

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
