Roles & Responsibilities : CRM Strategy Development and Execution: 1) Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies using Clevertap, or similar platforms to enhance customer engagement and retention. 2) Plan and execute targeted CRM campaigns across various channels including, push notifications and WhatsApp. 3) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives. 4) Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and iterate strategies for continuous improvement. 5) Stay updated on platform enhancements and best practices to leverage new features effectively. 6) Conduct regular audits of platform configurations and workflows to maintain data integrity and efficiency. 7) Extract and analyze customer data from Clevertap, Mo Engage, or similar platforms to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making. 8) Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, including campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and conversion rates. 9) Monitor trends and identify opportunities for optimization and growth based on data analysis. 10) Conduct & analyze A/B testing, and implement improvement. 11) Identify customer data & behavior patterns to segment customer base and identify target groups 13) Develop strategies to engage each segmen (ref:updazz.com)
