As a Bigguys Restaurant Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and assemble Bigguys's signature menu items according to company standards and recipes. This includes cooking chicken, preparing sides, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the restaurant clean and organized at all times, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen areas. This involves regular cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Stocking and Replenishing: Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and restock as needed to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
• Following Procedures: Adhere to all Bigguys policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, food handling protocols, and cash handling procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns.
• Upselling and Promotion: Inform customers about current promotions, upsell additional items or upgrades, and encourage participation in loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Flexibility: Be willing to work in various roles within the restaurant, including cashier, cook, and cleaner, as needed to support the team and meet customer demand.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old (age requirements may vary depending on location).
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
